Andrei Bulava training

On December 1, a one-day negotiation workshop was held for CIOM employees. We learned how to conduct negotiations, Andrei Bulava develops methodology of this training, it is his author's methodology for teaching profitable behavior during negotiations, and it is School of Negotiations of Andrei Bulava. There was a super coaching staff: Andrei Bulava and Erkin Ryskaliyev, who trained the CIOM team. The training was intense and the day passed very quickly, there was a complete immersion in the training and negotiation practice with the maximum effect to consolidate the skills for a short period of study. The teams were trained to negotiate with the help of a competitive element, and the participants received a special selection of materials for studying on the topic of negotiations and the psychology of influence. We learned how to negotiate using integral negotiation tactics and strategies.
